As Director of MTCA, Leo has led thousands of emerging musical theater and acting young artists (and their parents) for over 17 years. His superpower is connecting with the spirit of each student in finding their unique voice. He passionately leads students on the art and value of authenticity while honing technique and trusting the process. In addition to training students, he drives MTCA’s team relationships with schools all over the country, curating masterclasses and private audition days exclusively for MTCA students. Leo’s consistent goal is creating a smooth, supportive, and organized experience for all families and faculty he works with.
